Effective date: 09.10.2026
Membership: The Dental Circus Just ASK
Subscription fee: £29 per month
Contact: [email protected]
1. About your membership
The Dental Circus Just ASK is an online subscription service providing practical guidance, educational resources and professional support for dental practice owners, managers and members of their management teams.
Your membership provides access to:
-
The Just ASK Knowledge Library: Practical guidance, management systems, downloadable templates and educational resources.
-
Ask Louise: A dedicated Community channel for submitting questions about dental practice management.
-
Practice Managers Discussion: A Community space for sharing experiences, questions and ideas with fellow members.
-
News & Updates: Announcements, new resources and relevant practice management information.
Resources and Community content may be added, revised or updated during your membership.
Membership does not guarantee a particular number of new resources, individual coaching sessions or a specific response time unless these are expressly advertised as part of your subscription.
2. Subscription fees and payment
Membership costs £29 per month; The Dental Circus is not VAT registered.
Your first payment is collected when you subscribe, unless a different arrangement is expressly stated at checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically every month, with the next payment normally due on the corresponding date in the following month.
Payments are processed securely through the payment provider available at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly payments until your subscription is cancelled.
There is no fixed minimum membership period beyond the initial monthly billing period.
3. Membership access
Your membership begins when your subscription is accepted and access is activated.
You will receive instructions for accessing the Knowledge Library and Just ASK Community through The Dental Circus online platform, currently hosted by Kajabi.
Membership is intended for the individual subscriber. Login details must not be shared or transferred to another person without our written permission.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Access continues while your subscription is active and payments are up to date, subject to these terms.
4. Cancelling your monthly subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel, use the cancellation facility in your membership account, where available, or email [email protected] requesting cancellation.
Please include the email address associated with your membership so we can identify your account.
You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.
For an ordinary cancellation outside any applicable statutory cooling-off period:
-
Your subscription will not renew after the current paid billing period.
-
No further monthly payments will be collected once cancellation has taken effect.
-
You will normally retain access to the Knowledge Library and Community until the end of your current paid billing period.
-
Access will then end automatically.
We will confirm cancellation by email.
A request to cancel made before the next renewal payment becomes due will prevent that renewal payment. If a payment has already been taken, any refund entitlement will be assessed under Section 6 and your statutory rights.
5. Your statutory 14-day cooling-off rights
If you purchase your membership online as a consumer, you will generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after the day the contract is entered into, without giving a reason.
Different legal provisions may apply to the digital content and ongoing services included in Just ASK.
Immediate access to digital content
Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content during the statutory cancellation period, and expressly acknowledge that you will lose the relevant statutory cancellation right when supply of that digital content begins, the right may be lost in respect of that digital content once supply has begun.
This requires the appropriate consent and acknowledgement before supply begins, together with the legally required confirmation.
Ongoing services
For ongoing services, including Community and advisory services, requesting immediate access does not automatically remove all statutory cancellation rights.
If you expressly request that services begin during the cooling-off period and subsequently exercise an applicable statutory cancellation right, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied, where permitted by law and where the relevant legal requirements have been met.
We will not treat access to the Knowledge Library or Community as an automatic waiver of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
6. Refund policy
Cancellation during an applicable statutory cooling-off period
Where you exercise a valid statutory cancellation right, we will provide the refund required by law.
Depending on the nature of the content or services supplied, and whether the necessary consent and acknowledgement were obtained, this may be a full refund or a refund subject to a lawful proportionate charge.
Refunds due following statutory cancellation will normally be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Cancellation after the statutory cooling-off period
If you cancel after any applicable cooling-off period has ended, cancellation will ordinarily take effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
We do not ordinarily provide refunds for unused days in a monthly billing period or for a change of mind after the statutory cancellation period.
However, refunds will be provided where required by law, including where applicable consumer rights arise because the service or digital content has not been supplied as agreed or is faulty.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact [email protected] so that we can investigate and arrange any refund due.
7. Access following cancellation
When your membership ends, access to the Knowledge Library, Community channels and membership-only resources will cease.
You may retain copies of resources that you lawfully downloaded during an active membership for your own internal professional use, subject to the intellectual property conditions in Section 9.
You must not continue to access membership-only areas using another person's account or distribute resources to non-members.
Any personal information held in connection with your account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
8. Advice, guidance and professional responsibility
Just ASK provides educational guidance and practical support concerning the non-clinical management of dental practices.
Advice is intended to support professional decision-making and does not replace independent legal, financial, employment, regulatory or clinical advice where specialist expertise is required.
Members remain responsible for decisions made within their own practices, including compliance with applicable legislation, professional standards and regulatory requirements.
We aim to provide accurate and useful information, but cannot guarantee that every resource or response will apply to every practice or circumstance.
9. Intellectual property and use of resources
All original Just ASK materials, including templates, guides, written content, educational resources and branding, remain the intellectual property of The Dental Circus or the relevant rights holder.
Members are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use membership resources for their own professional development and internal practice management purposes.
Members may adapt downloadable templates for use within their own dental practice.
Resources must not be resold, republished, uploaded to public websites, shared with other organisations or used to create competing commercial products without prior written permission.
10. Community conduct
Members are expected to participate professionally, respectfully and constructively.
Members must not post:
-
Confidential or identifiable patient information.
-
Personal information about employees or colleagues without an appropriate lawful basis.
-
Offensive, abusive, discriminatory or defamatory material.
-
Advertising, spam or unauthorised promotional content.
-
Material that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
The Dental Circus may moderate or remove inappropriate content and may suspend or terminate membership for serious or repeated breaches.
Where we terminate a paid membership, any refund entitlement will be assessed fairly, taking account of the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
11. Changes to membership, pricing or services
We may make reasonable updates to the Knowledge Library, Community arrangements and membership resources to maintain or improve the service.
If we propose a material change that adversely affects members, we will provide appropriate advance notice and explain the available options, including any applicable cancellation or refund rights.
The subscription price in force when you join will apply unless a future change is notified to you in advance.
We will not increase your recurring subscription price without giving you appropriate notice and any rights required by law.
12. Availability and technical access
We aim to keep the membership platform available, although temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues or third-party platform availability.
If a significant interruption prevents us from providing the contracted service, we will consider an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Members are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection and compatible device.

15. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing a Just ASK Membership, you agree to these Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy.
Any separate consent required for the immediate supply of digital content or commencement of services during the statutory cancellation period will be requested as part of the purchasing process where legally necessary.
